From your recommendation to the location being included in the charity plan

System sends automatic confirmation
Data is stored directly in the admin panel for the executive board's review.
Summary & preliminary check
Admins check for complete/missing info, contact you if additional details are needed.
Criteria evaluation & scoring
Apply A/B/C criteria to calculate score and prioritize.
→ Not qualified: Reason notified
Send a polite notification with reasons, keep records for future review.
Survey team confirms & schedules
Plan the field survey trip based on score priority.
Group leader approves & includes in plan
