Phu Vinh Village, Quang Phu Commune, Lam Dong Province – February 2026

There are bridges that not only connect two riverbanks but also connect the small hopes of the people in the remote areas. For the people in Phu Vinh Village, Quang Phu Commune, every rainy season brings prolonged worries when the familiar road is divided by large floods. The red dirt roads become muddy and slippery, making it difficult for people and students to travel. It was from this reality that the charitable project "Bridge of Dreams" was implemented by the Group of Kind Hearts in February 2026, with the desire to build a civil bridge to help people travel more safely during the rainy season.

In the previous surveys, the group witnessed many times the scene of people waiting for the water to recede to cross the stream, or students getting dirty on the way to school. On rainy days, the road was flooded, causing school to be temporarily suspended. Things that seem normal, such as going to school, going to the market, or going to the medical center, become a struggle for the people here.

After the survey and planning process, the "Bridge of Dreams" project was officially implemented with a total budget of approximately 180 million VND. The bridge was built with the goal of serving the travel needs of about 100 households in Phu Vinh Village, while also helping students to go to school more safely and conveniently, especially during the rainy months in the Central Highlands.

On the construction days, amidst the quiet forest scenery, the sound of machinery and people working echoed, bringing new hope. Each bag of cement, each iron bar, each bridge span was completed thanks to the joint efforts of many kind hearts. It was not only the effort of the construction team but also the contribution from the benefactors who silently accompanied the project to become a reality.

As the bridge gradually took shape in the village, joy also appeared on the faces of the people. For many, the bridge is not just a civil project, but also a sense of security on rainy days, a path for children to continue going to school, an opportunity for life to be less difficult.

"Bridge of Dreams" is not just a project to build a bridge, but also a project to connect love between people. A small bridge may not change everything, but it is enough to open up more opportunities, more hope for the people living in areas with many difficulties.

Leaving Phu Vinh after the project implementation, what remains is not only the new bridge but also the warm feeling of knowing that there will be more steps taken safely in that place. Wishing for the bridge to always stand firm between the rainy seasons, wishing for the children to have easier trips to school, and wishing for more bridges of love to be built in other areas.
