NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF VOLUNTEERS TO PARTICIPATE IN CHARITY SURVEY

Program: FINDING CHILDREN ON THOUSANDS OF ROADS VIII

Dear volunteers,

To prepare for the upcoming charity program "Finding Children on Thousands of Roads VIII" to be implemented realistically, the organizing team is planning a survey trip to Dak Nong and Dak Lak areas. The organizers are looking for companions who are not afraid of difficulties to join in this meaningful journey.

1. TRIP INFORMATION:

• Gathering time: 04:00 AM, Monday, June 29, 2026.

• Gathering location: Phuong Trang bus station, Kien Duc town, Dak Nong province (old)

• Expected duration: One day.

 ⚠️ NOTE:: The route passes through many remote and far areas, if the schedule is not met on the same day, the team may have to go for an extra day (returning on Tuesday, June 30). Please proactively prepare your spirit and arrange your personal time before registering.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of the survey trip with continuous movement, high and rough roads. Volunteers need to be in good health, able to withstand continuous travel schedules, long distances. Each day sitting on the bus for 400km, can walk about 30km of hilly roads to villages, can withstand sudden changes in weather, not allergic to grass, trees, flowers, and have good adaptability to the environment.

2. EXPECTED SURVEY ROUTE:

The trip will go through the following locations:

1. Bon Păng Xuôi - Xà Đắk R'Măng (Dak Nong).

2. 4-buôn cluster in Liên Sơn Lắk commune, Lắk district (Dak Lak): Buôn Hang Ja, Buôn Năm Pă, Buôn Drung, and Buôn Dơng Kriêng.

3. PARTICIPATION FEE (Voluntary):

Due to the nature of this joint survey trip, participants will be voluntary and share the costs equally.

Expected: Around 3,000,000 VND/person (including fuel, road tolls, food, and personal expenses, as well as contributions to the charity trip).

4. GIFTS:

During the trip, the group will combine to give some practical gifts to mothers and children at the destinations with a total value of around 20,000,000 VND. Everyone can contribute by donating goods or money, which the group will use to buy, including:

• Infant formula for children from 0 - 12 months old.

• Children's clothing.

• Diapers for babies.

• Cakes and candies.

• Boxed fresh milk.

• Instant noodles.

• Medicine.

5. REGISTRATION METHOD:

 Registration deadline: Before Thursday, 25/06/2025, so that the Organizing Committee can finalize the number and prepare logistics.
